Joyzr Health is an app for recording calorie expenditure, provided to you by Chengdu Xingguan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). This privacy statement is formulated by us to handle your personal information.
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy, and will provide appropriate security measures for your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and mature industry security standards.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We only use your personal information when there is a legitimate basis. Under applicable laws, we may use your personal information based on legal grounds such as your consent, necessity for performing or entering into a contract with you, or necessity for fulfilling statutory obligations.
1.1 Health Information Recording Function
During your use of the relevant services, we will process the necessary information in order to fulfill our contractual obligations. If you do not provide the relevant information, it may affect your ability to use the relevant functions/services of this App.
For the health information recording function, we will process the following data that you record yourself:
- Dietary data (including food photos you take or select)
- Exercise information
- Water intake records
- Weight information
The above data will be transmitted via the network and stored on our servers located within China; only a cache is retained on your device for offline viewing. We use the above information solely for the purposes stated in this statement, and will not provide it to any third party except as expressly stated herein.
1.2 Basic Body Profile
To calculate your personalized daily calorie target (basal metabolic rate / total daily energy expenditure) and provide health suggestions, we will collect the following information that you actively enter on the "Complete Profile" page:
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Height
- Weight
- Target weight
Collection method: entered actively by you. Storage: the above information will be transmitted to and stored on servers located within China, with only a cache retained on your device. If you do not provide the above information, the accuracy of your daily calorie target and health suggestions will be affected, but your use of other functions of this App will not.
1.3 Menstrual Cycle Information
If you are a female user and have actively enabled the menstrual cycle management function, we will collect:
- Start and end dates of your periods
- Custom settings for cycle length and period length
- Luteal-phase calorie budget relaxation percentage setting
The above information is used for menstrual cycle prediction and automatic adjustment of cycle-based calorie targets. It is stored only on our self-built servers located within China and is not shared with any third party; we do not collect other information such as menstrual symptoms. You may delete your cycle records in the App at any time; if you do not enable this function, we will not collect any menstrual cycle information.
1.4 Account Information
To provide account registration, login, and account security services, we will collect:
- Email address (used for registration, login, and email verification code verification)
- Password (stored only in encrypted hash form)
- Upon WeChat authorized login: the WeChat openid/unionid, nickname, and profile photo returned with your authorization
1.5 Device Information and Product Usage Statistics
To understand product usage and improve product experience and service stability, after you consent to this Privacy Policy, the App will automatically collect the following information and transmit it via the network to our self-built analytics service (with servers located within China):
- Account identifiers (user ID, nickname, email, gender)
- Device information (device brand and model, operating system version, system language, time zone, screen resolution)
- App version and events of your use of various functions (such as page views and function operations)
The above statistical information is used only for product analysis and experience improvement. If you wish us to stop collecting the above statistical information, you may contact us via the email address in the "How to Contact Us" section of this statement.
1.6 Device Identifier Information (OAID, MAC Address, etc., for Payment Security Risk Control)
The App's own code does not collect device identifier information, software lists (app lists), or device MAC addresses. Only when you purchase a membership via Alipay will the embedded Alipay client SDK automatically collect, during the payment process, certain device identifier information (such as the Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), AndroidID), the device MAC address, the software list (app list), and other device and network information, in order to generate device identifiers for safeguarding your account and payment security (risk control / device risk identification). Such information is not used for user profiling, marketing, or cross-app tracking.
For the types, purposes, methods, and scope of such collection, please refer to Section 3 "Third-Party SDKs" of this statement and Alipay's official "App Alipay Client SDK Privacy Statement".

2.2 Special Notes on Permissions
2.2.1 Special Note on Local Notification Permission
After you set recording reminders or health reminders, the App will register the configured reminders with the system, which will remind you (by sending local notifications) at the time points you set. This process is completed and delivered locally only, does not involve network operations, and does not collect any personal data.
3. Third-Party SDKs
In order to provide you with certain functions/services, we have integrated software development kits (hereinafter referred to as "SDKs") or other similar applications from our partners. We conduct strict security testing on SDKs or other similar applications, and require our partners to take strict measures to protect your personal data.
When new service requirements or business function changes arise, we may adjust the third-party SDKs we integrate, and will promptly disclose the latest status of integrated third-party SDKs in this statement. Please note that third-party SDKs may experience some changes in data types due to version upgrades, policy adjustments, and other reasons; please refer to their officially published descriptions.

Special Note: The iOS version does not include the Alipay SDK. Membership purchases on iOS are processed through Apple App Store's In-App Purchase (IAP), with the payment flow handled by Apple.

Special Note: According to Tencent's official rules, apart from the explicitly listed information above, the WeChat OpenSDK does not process any other personal information of yours (excluding device identifiers such as OAID). This App also initializes and invokes the WeChat OpenSDK only after you have consented to this Privacy Policy and actively tap WeChat login/linking.

To provide features such as food calorie recognition and intelligent dietary suggestions, this App integrates the AI large model service provided by **Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. ** (Volcano Engine).
